Chirley Arnold

Chirley Roundy Arnold loves adventure, far away places, and the young women of the Church. She has been on safari in Kenya, waded in the Dead Sea in Israel, climbed the Eiffel Tower in France and scaled the leaning tower of Pisa in Italy. Over the last eighteen years Chirley has lived in Africa and Latin America. She speaks Spanish and French fluently and has visited more than thirtry-four countries as a diplomat's wife.

Chirley has been a ward and stake Young Women's leader and a seminary teacher. She has also volunteered as a Girl Scout leader, Suzuki violin teacher, square dance instructor, and softball and basketball coach for both young men and women.

She has published articles in the Church News and international magazines of the Church about members living in Mali and the Ivory Coast.

Chirley recently moved from Centreville, Virginia, to Moscow, Russia, with her husband and six children.
