Elsie C. Carroll

After graduating from BYU, Elsie Carroll was a teacher in elementary grades, high school, and college. She taught in the English department at BYU for nearly 25 years. She was a popular author of poems, short stories, and novels; many of which appeared in LDS Church publications. She married Charles Hardy Carroll in 1907 in the Salt Lake LDS temple.
