James E. Talmage

Image of James E. Talmage
A leading intellectual in the Mormon faith during his lifetime, and member of the Council of Twelve Apostles. He was known among his contemporaries as a gifted scientist, teacher, speaker, and writer. His works on Mormon doctrine Jesus the Christ and The Articles of Faith have nearly become canonical among Latter-day Saints. These works have also been appreciated for their significant literary style.
