As a writer, she has been a journalist, editor, publicist, legislative advocate, trainer, advocate, and grant-writer. As an administrator, she has served as the Executive Director of the Lafayette Crisis Center, and as the State Executive Director of the Ohio Spina Bifida Coalition. As a teacher, she has taught Creative Writing and Journalism at Heritage Academy in Mesa, AZ.
Currently she writes full time and promotes the country of Turkey, expecially the excavation in the southeast known as Zeugma.
