Sarah Olson Moss was born October 3, 1896 in Brooklyn, New York, to Carl J. and Emma Larson Olson. Her family moved to Logan, Utah, when she was still young. She attended Brigham Young College and Utah State University. On March 26, 1919, Sarah married Don William Moss in the Salt Lake City LDS temple. She was a member of the League of Utah Writers and the Barnacles Writers Club. Her stories appeared in the Relief Society Magazine as well as The Children's Friend.
