Cathy and Jinny hatch a plan to work for their neighbor picking onions so they can buy their mother a new dress. However, Cathy soon finds out she is allergic to onions. Cathy and Jinny are disappointed and sad that their mother will have to return her new dress. Luckily Cathy's cousin, Theodore, agrees to switch jobs with her for a few days so she can pay for the dress.
