Salt Lake City, Utah: General Board of Relief Society, June 1951

  • Beth B. Johnson: Author
Fiction, Short Story
Christine can't help but try on the lovely red shoes she sees from a window display outside. When she tries them on, she knows she must own them even though they aren't a necessity. Christine gets home and slips the shoes on her feet and realizes she loves the shoes so much because her husband who passed away always wanted her to have red shoes.
