A young boy tells about his relationship with his mother's parents, who are Catholic and speak Polish. The boy plays tag with his grandmother since they don't speak the same language, and he loves her kindness and the way she makes time for him. He is aware of the stress placed on his parents by the language barrier and religious differences between the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Catholicism.
