Lately, Letitia has been feeling that taking care of her house and yard is just too much. When her neighbor’s house goes up for sale, she thinks it’s a perfect solution to move next door and have her daughter buy her house, so that she can still enjoy it without all the upkeep. However, when her daughter comes and talks about remodeling the house, Letitia fears losing the house forever. She realizes that if she stops taking so much work upon herself, she can manage just fine and decides to keep the house.
