Over the past five years Brigham Young University's Computer Animation Program has won numerous national and international awards for their work. Since its formation in 2001, the BYU animation program has won five student Emmys (officially known as College Television Awards) from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation. Mr. Adams describes the Animation Program's unique process for creating these award winning animations. He also gives an overview of the current state of the Visual Effects industry and explains why Brigham Young University's animation students are highly sought after within the film and video game industries.
